I can not create working Disk images because
the tool "binpaste.exe" doesn't work on my WinXP 32-bit OS.

.NET Frameworkが無いor古いとエラーが出るようです。
Windows Update等でインストールできると思います。

また、これでも動作しないようであれば、「リトルバンパイヤ」に同梱されている binpaste.exe を使用してみて下さい。

.NET Framework 4.x is already installed.
I will try the binpaste.exe from "Little Vampire".

Edit: Can not find the binpaste.exe inside the 140923_02_lv_p6.zip package.

OK, found a older version of binpaste.exe in the 140521_02_ishtarp6_v2.zip package.
I will check ...

With the older version of "binpaste" I have the same problem.

Error: binpaste.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

All other tools seems to work for me.

P.S. It seems, to create the "The Return of Ishtar" disk image (140521_02_ishtarp6_v2) no need this tool.

.NET Framework は既にインストール済みのようですが、Windows Update で最新版にしてもらえますか？

これでもダメなようなら、別の方法を考えてみます。

結果がどうなったかを教えてください。

.NET Framework最新版はXPに対応していないのでインストールできないっぽいですよ。
